The office is in-network with Medicare and with most PPO plans, including: Blue Shield, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield, SAG-Anthem, Cigna, Aetna, United Healthcare. The office does not accept Medi-Cal insurance or HMO insurance plans. Cash pay option is available for out-of-network or uninsured patients.
Cosmetic procedures are not covered by insurance. Copays, charges for non-covered services and outstanding payments are expected at time of treatment. A superbill with codes can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company.
